I have been very very busy lately, new job with State Farm Dave Dixon's Agency in Indian Head. It's only been a couple of weeks but I have learned so much. First I had to get through all the training with State Farm, all done on line and some at the main office (AFO) in White Plains. It's all new, insurance is somewhat like real estate, lots of customer service, the only difference is the fact everyone needs insurance but buying real estate unless a necessary no one is buying right now.
My dear Curt is feeling better, his knee had been bothering him, it's never been the same since he injured it early this year. (this was before we met) Now he has been to the doctor and got his shot. Since the last time I wrote in the blog about the renovation Curt has installed the beautiful ceramic tile in the kitchen back splash, he has cut the panels and the trim to finish the walls and the cabinet trim. I am patiently waiting for the island. I think this Saturday Curt will work on it. There's soooo many other things in this old house that need attention, there's never a dull moment. The back door which had blown in the wind, my sweet Curt installed a new one when we got back from vacation. It looks beautiful!!! Also, just 2 days ago, Curt took down a broken window down and took it to the repair shop to have the glass replaced. Like I said, there's always something!
We are looking forward to going to New York this coming weekend.... Curt's cousin's son is getting married. It will be great since I will get to meet so many family members at one time. Weddings can be so much fun. Upstate New York will be so beautiful this time of year too! Look for some pictures next week! HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND!

What a wonderful 4 days in the Outer Banks, NC with my little Sophia, Elizabeth, Michael and Curt. We only had one day of rain, this allowed us to spend even more quality time. Sophia is a bundle of joy, being a toddler there's never a dull moment. Loves to watch her DVD and putting together the puzzles I brought her with Curt as you can see in the previous post. What a sweetie!
