New Blog

I have started a separate blog as a journal for the "Master Cleanse" that I am in process of doing. As you will read, I decided to do it for health reasons, I have had a sinus infection for months, I've taken several dosages of antibiotics and nothing clears it up. I am on the 4th day of the cleanse and I no longer have the sneeze attacks or the constant draining on my nose. Anyway I thought you might be interested, I would recommend everyone to do it at least twice a year. I plan on it from this point on. The best part is, the weight is coming off!!! http://celiamastercleanse.blogspot.com/

Just a few more photos from Easter

What a joy, just look at Sophia having such a good time with the family! The weekend went by entirely too fast...
Oh my goodness, if you could hear her say "Smile baby" as she would snap the shot...
Love that pony tail... it reminds me of her mommy at her age.

Happy Easter everyone!

This was the best holiday I've had in a long time. Having all the children back in the homestead where they were born and raised was great! Of course, having the bright and adorable Sophia running through the grounds was just as great. She is 2 years old now, she may look like her father but she's all mommy, that's because she does everything her mommy does; such a loving family! Here's some pics taken yesterday after church....

The egg hunt went real well, the perfect day (maybe a little chilly for some) Sophia had already had one at school. It brought me back to the days where I would bring home the Easter Bunny costume from the church event for Phillip, Elizabeth and Sara to enjoy in our private Egg Hunt party. There's so many memories at the farm.

Look Aunt Sara... look at all my eggs!

The group shot in front of the house

Such pretty dress!

Grandma Alice helps Sophia take her M&Ms and Jelly Beans out of the eggs and put it all into one egg, Sophia is the organizer.

Smiley faces....

Curt made the best Easter dinner ever.... so delicious!!!

He made a fabulous Leg of Lamb with mint Jelly, honey glazed ham, carrots, roasted pototoes, spinach, and more.

The children got to sit at the adult's table for a change, well they are all adults!

Spring time means lots of yard work

Some flowers we picked up for the front flower beds.
Mom was looking for stuff in the garage Kalli soaking up the sun, I think she got too much of it!
Couldn't have been better weather for yard work.
Curt played farmer, the lawn tractor is not running so he hitched the trailer to the CR-V, where there's a will there's a way... Curt carted all the dead leaves and broken tree branches I raked all over the property. The worst part is that I am not yet finished.
My Dad got right on the Lawn Fertilizer but he spent most of the time outside working on organizing the Corn Crib which we refer to as the Tool Shed.
